Memory
Tell Sadeh who people are and how you like to work. Later requests use it, and you can review, edit or delete its notes.
Tell Sadeh once
Ask Sadeh to remember something, on WhatsApp or in the web chat:
- "Remember that my manager is Omer Katz, omer@northwind.example."
- "Remember that I prefer meetings before 11."
- "Remember that my default calendar is my work calendar."
Saving to memory doesn't need approval. Later, when you ask "Send my manager a summary of the Acme visit", the email goes to Omer. Sending still waits for your approval unless you chose Always allow for that kind of action.
Sadeh also learns lasting facts from your conversations over time. It doesn't save passwords, ID numbers, payment details or medical information on purpose.
See what Sadeh remembers
Open Memory in the sidebar. The page, What Sadeh remembers about you, shows:
- Contacts, Companies and Projects as cards, with details such as a role or an email.
- Preferences and other notes as single lines.
- Where each one came from: by you for what you added on this page, by Sadeh for everything saved in chat, including what you asked it to remember.
When your memories span more than one category, filter them with the chips above the list.
Add, edit or delete
- Add: type in Add something Sadeh should remember…, pick a category, add a name for contacts, companies and projects, and click Add.
- Edit: click Edit, change the text and click Save.
- Delete: click Delete and confirm.
You can also say "Forget that Omer is my manager" in chat. Sadeh deletes the memories that match and tells you what it removed, so check that it's what you meant. To remove one specific item, use Delete on the Memory page.
Deleted items can come back
Sadeh keeps learning from your chats, so a deleted item may reappear if it comes up again.
Good to know
- Your memory is personal: per person and per workspace. Coworkers and admins don't see it.
- Memory isn't your CRM. For customers and deals, ask Sadeh to create or update the record in your CRM, with your approval.
- Sadeh looks up memories by keywords and by how recently they were saved, so name people and companies the way you usually do.
