Connect Odoo
Connect Odoo for your whole workspace with the server address, the database name, a user and an API key.
Before you start
- In Sadeh, you need to be a workspace owner or admin. Odoo is connected once for the whole workspace.
- In Odoo, choose the user Sadeh connects as and create an API key for it. In most Odoo versions, open the user's Preferences and go to Account Security.
Connect
In Sadeh, open Integrations, find Odoo and click Connect.

| Database | The database name. On Odoo Online it's usually your subdomain. |

Click Connect. Sadeh signs in to Odoo before saving.
Original PDFs
Sadeh can send original PDFs of quotes, orders and invoices only when the connection uses the user's password in the API key field. With an API key, everything else works, and Sadeh tells you when a PDF isn't available.
After connecting
Preview doesn't show Odoo records, so try it by asking Sadeh, for example "How many units of the 330 ml line are in stock?" Your team can ask about stock by warehouse, customer prices, customers and balances, orders, quotations, purchase orders, top products and overdue invoices. Creating customers, drafting quotations and purchase orders, updating order lines and emailing a quotation wait for your approval, unless you chose Always allow for that kind of action. New quotations and purchase orders stay drafts until someone confirms them in Odoo. Emailing needs an outgoing mail server set up in Odoo. The Invoice overdue and Low stock Watchlists are available.
