Connect SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Connect SAP S/4HANA Cloud for your whole workspace with a communication user. Sadeh reads customers, open orders, stock and billing documents.
Before you start
- In Sadeh, you need to be a workspace owner or admin. S/4HANA Cloud is connected once for the whole workspace.
- In S/4HANA Cloud, your SAP administrator creates a communication user and communication arrangements for these APIs:

Connect
In Sadeh, open Integrations, find SAP S/4HANA Cloud and click Connect.

| API base URL | Your tenant's API address, with -api, for example https://myXXXXXX-api.s4hana.ondemand.com. |
| Communication user | The communication user ID, for example CC0000000123. |
| Password | The communication user's password. |
Click Connect. Sadeh reads one sales order (or one customer) before saving. If it can't, it says: S/4HANA rejected the credentials. Check the API base URL and the communication user's id and password.
This check doesn't test the other APIs. If questions about stock, billing documents or products fail later, ask your SAP administrator to check the communication arrangement for that API.
After connecting
The S/4HANA Cloud connection is read-only. Your team can ask Sadeh about customers, open orders and order status, material stock, billing documents and sales summaries. Sadeh doesn't create or change anything in S/4HANA, and Watchlists and document PDFs aren't available for it.
