Connect Priority

Connect Priority for your whole workspace with the company's OData address and an API user or personal access token, then check what Sadeh can read.

Connect Priority and run the access checkClick the highlighted spot to move to the next step.

Before you start

  • In Sadeh, you need to be a workspace owner or admin. Priority is connected once for the whole workspace.
  • In Priority, your administrator prepares the details below. Priority's REST API licensing must be active.

What your Priority administrator prepares

  1. The OData service root, including your company, for example https://server/odata/Priority/tabula.ini/company.
  2. A dedicated API user: set its API user name in the Personnel File form and give it read access to Customers, Parts, Sales Orders, Price Quotes, Customer Invoices and Customer Obligo, plus write access to Sales Orders if reps will place orders.
  3. Preferably, a personal access token for that user (Priority 19.1 or later). Otherwise, the API user's password.
  4. If Priority Software issued an application license for Sadeh, its X-App-Id and X-App-Key.

Connect

In Sadeh, open Integrations, find Priority and click Connect. The form shows the same setup guide.

Field What to enter
OData URL (incl. company) The OData service root, including the company.
API user name or personal access token The personal access token, or the API user name.
Password With a personal access token, type PAT. Otherwise, the API user's password.
Application ID (X-App-Id, optional) and Application license key (X-App-Key, optional) Only if Priority Software issued a license. Leave both blank to use the generic API license.

Click Connect. Before saving, Sadeh signs in and reads the customers form. This can take up to a minute.

If Priority rejects the connection, Sadeh says: Priority rejected the connection. Check the OData URL (it must include the company), the API user or personal access token and password, that the customers form is enabled for the API, and any application license keys.

Check what Sadeh can read

On the Priority card, click Manage connection. The Priority connection check runs right away. It checks sign-in (Authentication), then reads each form Sadeh uses: Customers, Stock by warehouse, Prices, Open orders, Price quotes, Debt and credit (Obligo) and Invoices.

  • Available: Sadeh can read it.
  • No visible records: the check worked, but the API user sees no sample records.
  • Permission needed: ask your Priority administrator to grant that form to the API user and confirm the API license.

The results reflect what this API user may read. Run the check again after your administrator changes forms or permissions.

Different forms?

Sadeh's default field mappings follow Priority's demo company. You can see them under Field mappings in use. Confirm they match your company's forms before relying on stock, order or quote answers. If your forms differ, contact support@sadeh.ai to adjust the field mappings for your connection.

After connecting

Your team can ask Sadeh about customers, stock and availability, customer prices, open orders, quotes, open invoices, balances and overdue receivables. Creating a sales order waits for your approval, unless you chose Always allow for that kind of action. The Invoice overdue Watchlist is available for Priority.

Early support

The Priority forms Sadeh reads have been checked, read-only, against Priority's public demo company, not yet with a live customer company. Before you rely on Sadeh's answers, compare a few balances, overdue amounts and stock answers with Priority, and ask your accountant which due date your company uses for overdue amounts. Creating sales orders hasn't been tested with any Priority company yet. Check the first orders Sadeh creates, because your order form may require fields Sadeh doesn't collect. Company-wide overdue lists cover the ten customers with the largest open debt, up to 25 open items each. The Invoice overdue Watchlist checks up to 100 of those items, starting with the largest debtor. Ask about one customer to see more of that customer's open items. If an answer doesn't match what you see in Priority, contact support@sadeh.ai.
