Connect SAP Business One
Connect SAP Business One for your whole workspace through its Service Layer, with the company database and a dedicated user.
Before you start
- In Sadeh, you need to be a workspace owner or admin. SAP Business One is connected once for the whole workspace.
- In SAP, ask your administrator for the Service Layer address, the company database name and a dedicated SAP Business One user with the access your team needs.
- The Service Layer must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS, because Sadeh runs in the cloud.
Connect
In Sadeh, open Integrations, find SAP Business One and click Connect.

| Username and Password | The dedicated SAP Business One user. |
Click Connect. Sadeh signs in to the Service Layer before saving. If it can't, it says: SAP Business One login failed. Check the Service Layer URL (including the port), the company database name, and the user credentials.
After connecting
Preview on the card shows a few business partners, orders and items. Your team can then ask Sadeh about business partners, balances, orders, quotations, deliveries, invoices, payments, purchase orders, items, stock by warehouse and customer prices. Creating business partners, orders, quotations and purchase orders, updating a business partner's name, phone or email, and logging activities all wait for your approval, unless you chose Always allow for that kind of action. The Invoice overdue and Low stock Watchlists are available.
